各種金屬材料采用激光焊的可能性

脈沖激光焊主要用于微型件,精密元件和微電子元件的焊接。低功率脈沖激光焊常用于直徑0.5mm以下金屬絲與絲(或薄膜)之間的點焊,脈沖激光焊已成功地用于焊接不銹鋼,鐵鎳合金,鐵鎳鉆合金,鉑、佬、鉭、鋸、鎢,鉬,銅及各類飼合金、金、銀、鋁硅絲等.脈沖激光焊可用于顯像管電子搶的組裝、按反應(yīng)堆零件,儀表游絲,混合電路薄膜元件的導(dǎo)線連接等。用脈沖激光封裝焊接繼電器外殼,鋰電池和但電容外殼,集成電路等都是很有效的方法。

由表可見,激光焊接可在許多類異種金屬間進行,銅—鎳、鎳—鈦、鈦—鉬、低碳鋼—銅等異種金屬在一定條件下均可進行激光焊。
連續(xù)激光焊主要用于犀扳諜熔焊,激光焊由于不受電子束焊真空室對零件的局限、無需在真空條件下進行焊接,故其應(yīng)用前景更為廣闊,尤其是激光焊設(shè)備常與機器人結(jié)合起來組成柔性加工系統(tǒng),使激光焊的應(yīng)用范圍進一步擴大。
